Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development using AWS, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize microservices for 99.99% uptime and sub-200ms latency
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform, and Docker
- Drive technical debt reduction and architectural improvements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems and cloud-native development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact SaaS products
- Strong background in security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, SQS)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
