Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Implement security protocols for data protection
- Collaborate with Product team to roadmap feature releases
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with microservices
- Proven track record with Kubernetes and Terraform
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of distributed systems design
- Experience with event-driven architectures
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
