Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across development teams
- Optimize application performance for 10K+ user scalability
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical specs

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Node.js)
