Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform and AWS DevOps
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Drive innovation through R&D of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in distributed systems and database optimization
- Proven leadership in remote team environments
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
