Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/Azure
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct rigorous testing (unit/integration) and performance tuning
- Drive architectural decisions for new feature development
- Document technical specifications and API documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of production-level software development
- Expertise in Java/Python and modern frameworks (Spring, Django)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and Kubernetes
- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Docker
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
