Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead AWS cloud infrastructure optimization including EC2, Lambda, and RDS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker for automated deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure 99.9% system uptime
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java development with Spring Boot frameworks
- Proven expertise in AWS cloud services and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching strategies
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA project management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
