Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Partner with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and architecture sessions
- Implement security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Champion DevOps principles including infrastructure-as-code
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level Go development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Proven track record of leading successful SaaS deployments
- Strong background in system design and scalability patterns
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
