Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of complex features, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Mentor team members on technical skills, coding standards, and best development methodologies.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Spring Boot).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
