Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements.
- Perform thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Identify and optimize bottlenecks in existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Node.js preferred).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS or GCP.
- Experience with database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
