Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Design CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime systems
- Collaborate with Product team on technical requirements
- Optimize database performance for 10M+ daily transactions
- Implement security best practices in AWS/Azure environments
- Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, or similar languages
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven track record of mentoring developers
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
