Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance cloud applications using AWS and microservices architecture
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Lead agile development cycles including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to technical roadmap planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong backend focus
- Expertise in Java, Python, or C# with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience with track record of delivering complex projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
