Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Architect scalable backend systems and optimize database performance for high traffic loads.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions to improve user experience.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward technical challenges.
