Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to define feature requirements and translate user stories into technical specifications.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code, conducting thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct technical workshops, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering culture.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt to ensure system reliability and speed.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on frontend or backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
