Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead cloud migration projects on AWS with CI/CD automation
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance using Redis and caching strategies
- Develop RESTful APIs with GraphQL integration
- Implement security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP)
- Conduct A/B testing for feature validation
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and databases
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
