Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Mentor 3-5 engineers through pair programming and technical design reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker for automated deployments
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis caching strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct security audits and implement OWASP-compliant coding practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native architecture patterns
- Proven track record leading Agile/Scrum development cycles
- Strong background in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching layers
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience with Jenkins and Kubernetes
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
