Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical architecture planning.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug code in production environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and front-end frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Saint Paul, MN (Relocation assistance provided).
