Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, Backend) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and improve system reliability.
- Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful API architecture.
- Eligibility to work in the US or willingness to sponsor work visas (H1B, TN, O-1).
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
