Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, scalable systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using modern IaC tools like Terraform.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery.
- Conduct proactive system monitoring, deep-dive analysis, and rapid incident response to maintain 99.99% uptime.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to integrate reliability practices into the code lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar technical role.
- Deep proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting (Python, Bash, Go).
- Strong hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud-native services and infrastructure as code.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to system performance.
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, New Mexico.
