Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site performance issues, improving crawlability and indexing.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates via ATS.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with search engine algorithms and employer branding goals.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and recruitment KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-converting landing pages and job descriptions.
- Build a robust talent pipeline through active sourcing and networking in the Boston tech ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, Technical Recruitment, or a hybrid Digital Marketing role.
- Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and SEO analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Greenhouse).
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and website architecture principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for diverse audiences.
