Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment cycles for software engineering, data science, and product roles.
- Optimize job descriptions and landing pages for maximum organic visibility using SEO best practices.
- Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to improve candidate flow and SEO indexing.
- Conduct technical screening calls and coordinate interviews with C-level stakeholders.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO traffic data to refine sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand presence across LinkedIn, Indeed, and organic search channels.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a hybrid role combining recruiting and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and HRIS systems.
- Experience with sourcing tools (HireEZ, Sourcer) and advanced LinkedIn search techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with high-level technical candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related technical field.
