Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end technical recruitment for software engineering and data science roles, managing the full lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
- Optimize website content and architecture for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve lead generation.
- Build and manage talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced ATS platforms.
- Perform comprehensive SEO audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align recruiting content with broader SEO and branding goals.
- Screen, interview, and recommend candidates for key technical positions, ensuring cultural fit.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and SEO performance reports to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in Technical Recruiting and SEO.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with passive candidates and technical talent.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
