Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify areas for improvement in site architecture and crawlability.
- Develop and execute keyword research strategies to target high-value search terms and drive organic traffic growth.
- Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, header structures, and alt text, ensuring best practices for SEO and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement schema markup, structured data, and site speed optimizations.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights and reporting on ROI.
- Lead off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure long-term SEO success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings.
- Deep understanding of Google’s Search Central guidelines (Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T, etc.).
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
