Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-level SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic for key client accounts.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, content structure, and image alt text, for maximum search engine visibility.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as site speed, crawlability, and site architecture.
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly, high-quality content that engages users and improves dwell time.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights and monthly reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a digital agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is required.
