Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and on-page optimization opportunities.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies to target high-value search terms in competitive niches.
- Collaborate with content creators to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions for maximum SEO impact.
- Monitor organic search performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools; provide detailed monthly reporting.
- Perform competitor analysis to uncover market gaps and opportunities for algorithmic dominance.
- Optimize internal linking structures and XML sitemaps to improve site architecture.
- Stay abreast of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced digital agency or startup environment.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to manage a flexible schedule with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is preferred.
