Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve search rankings.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Perform regular site audits to identify technical issues, crawl errors, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with content creators to optimize landing pages and blog posts for maximum SEO impact.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain compliant and effective.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a direct-hire or senior capacity.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO analytics tools.
- Strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and site architecture to communicate effectively with developers.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
