Role Overview:
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will own the SEO roadmap for key accounts, bridging the gap between technical implementation and creative content strategy. You will lead audits, mentor junior staff, and stay ahead of algorithm updates to ensure our clients maintain market dominance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with user intent and search algorithms.
- Manage keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Oversee link-building campaigns and outreach initiatives to improve domain authority.
- Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console; report on ROI and KPIs.
- Collaborate with web development teams to ensure technical implementation of SEO best practices.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and performance marketing.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Central guidelines and algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in technical tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics 4.
