Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve site health and crawlability.
- Develop and execute comprehensive organic search strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize web copy for both users and search engines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest algorithm updates and industry trends.
- Manage and mentor junior team members and provide performance feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within an agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep understanding of Google’s core algorithms and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
