Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and fix site health issues affecting performance.
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with user intent and search algorithms.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers to improve site speed, crawlability, and schema markup.
- Monitor keyword rankings and analyze traffic data to measure campaign success and ROI.
- Optimize local SEO listings to dominate the Detroit and Michigan market.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and implement necessary changes proactively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO and Digital Marketing, preferably in a technical environment.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for on-page optimization.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
