Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic for client websites.
- Conduct detailed technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, indexation issues, and site speed bottlenecks.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with content teams to optimize on-page elements, meta tags, and landing page architecture.
- Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console; generate detailed monthly reports and actionable insights.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach and white-hat link building campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a direct-hire or agency environment.
- Deep understanding of Google’s latest algorithm updates (e.g., Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird, BERT) and best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
