Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance, crawlability, and indexability.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement holistic SEO strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on long-term growth and 2026 market trends.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, ensuring high-quality, keyword-rich content that ranks well and engages users.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Execute advanced link-building campaigns to build domain authority and drive referral traffic.
- A/B Testing: Lead UX and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and organic growth.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with the latest algorithm changes and SEO trends, including AI-driven search.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
