Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a forward-looking SEO strategy aligned with 2026 technological trends, specifically focusing on AI integration.
- Analyze and optimize content ecosystems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven search engines to ensure maximum visibility.
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits to ensure site architecture supports high-speed, mobile-first indexing and semantic search.
- Implement advanced schema markup and structured data strategies to enhance rich snippets and featured snippets.
- Collaborate with engineering and content teams to integrate predictive analytics into the content creation workflow.
- Manage a team of SEO specialists, providing mentorship and establishing KPIs for organic growth.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior strategy or leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Googleβs latest algorithms and upcoming updates, with a keen interest in AI search developments.
- Proficiency in Python or R for large-scale data analysis and SEO automation.
- Experience with AI-powered SEO tools, predictive modeling, and web scraping technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring junior marketers and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical SEO concepts for executive stakeholders.
