Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Sales Performance: Drive store revenue by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our inventory, including furniture, decor, and accessories.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom while adhering to merchandising standards.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
- Team Collaboration: Support store management and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems.
