Responsibilities
- Lead the orchestration and execution of the Version 2.6 release cycle, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI.
- Implement automated testing strategies to guarantee zero-downtime deployments.
- Monitor production environments for stability and performance post-release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define release schedules and roadblocks.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for version control.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and configuration management tools.
- Deep knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of managing complex software releases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
