Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in specialized medical units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatment protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Mentor junior nursing staff
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- BSN degree (required) or MSN (preferred)
- Active RN license in Kentucky or eligible for endorsement
- 2+ years acute care experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Eligible for TN or H-1B visa sponsorship
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
