You will be the architect of our 2026 roadmap, defining the algorithms, infrastructure, and strategic milestones that will redefine industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Quantum Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Architect scalable quantum algorithms optimized for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing classical architectures.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of quantum hardware and software stacks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, Rigetti).
- Publish white papers and present technical findings to stakeholders, investors, and the broader scientific community.
- Identify potential risks in the 2026 transition and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on emerging technologies.
- Quantum Expertise: Proven experience in quantum algorithm design, quantum error correction, or quantum machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum software development kits (QSDKs).
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate abstract quantum concepts into tangible product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical leadership.
