Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems.
- Lead the architectural transition from classical ML to hybrid quantum-classical models.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging quantum hardware and software frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into legacy systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the 2026 roadmap.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms or simulators.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and stochastic processes.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from concept to deployment.
