We are looking for a visionary engineer to help us scale our platform and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs using Python (Django/Flask).
- Architect and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure data integrity and speed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, design) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies to ensure code quality.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Identify technical debt and refactor legacy codebases for better maintainability.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Python.
- Strong proficiency in Django or Flask frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
