Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for the 2026 Initiative, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline optimization
- Coordinate with C-suite executives, engineering, product, and marketing teams to align strategic objectives
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver milestones on schedule and within budget
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for complex technical and operational challenges
- Drive innovation through stakeholder workshops and data-driven decision-making
- Maintain project documentation and KPI dashboards for executive visibility
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or sustainability sectors
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record managing $5M+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 20+
- Expertise in Agile frameworks, risk management, and resource optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with ESG frameworks and sustainable tech projects preferred
