Responsibilities
- Direct the full project lifecycle from concept through to final delivery for World Cup infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including civil engineers, IT specialists, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure all project deliverables strictly adhere to FIFA quality standards and local regulations.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, forecasting costs and mitigating financial risks.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication between government entities, sponsors, and operational teams.
- Implement rigorous risk management strategies to ensure seamless execution during the event.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction or event projects (min. 8 years).
- PMP or PgMP certification is required.
- Strong command of Microsoft Project and advanced data analytics tools.
- Experience working within the sports industry or a similar high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel as required for site inspections and stakeholder meetings.
