Responsibilities
- Lead Design Strategy: Own the end-to-end design process for key product features, from concept to final launch.
- User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate assumptions and drive product decisions.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a growth-oriented design team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating case studies and a clear design process.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
