Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative trends and regulatory impacts across federal agencies
- Develop actionable policy recommendations for healthcare technology integration
- Present findings to congressional committees and agency stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams on multi-million dollar federal contracts
- Monitor implementation of the CHIPS Act and Inflation Reduction Act provisions
- Author white papers and testimony for congressional hearings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of federal policy analysis experience in healthcare or technology
- Advanced degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Expertise in regulatory compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, 21st Century Cures Act)
- Proven track record of influencing federal legislation
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with proficiency in Stata/R
- Active Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience managing federal procurement processes (FAR/DFARS)
