Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain logistics and inventory management systems
- Develop and implement operational KPIs to drive efficiency and cost reduction
- Lead cross-functional teams across logistics, procurement, and customer service
- Design scalable processes for rapid business growth in Pacific Northwest markets
- Analyze operational data using Power BI and Tableau to inform strategic decisions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate key contracts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven experience scaling operations in high-growth tech or retail environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement expertise
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management across all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field
