Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse, transportation, and distribution functions
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for logistics services
- Analyze KPIs to drive data-driven decision making and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Oversee annual budget planning and cost reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
- Proven expertise in warehouse management and logistics optimization
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
- Experience managing teams of 15+ professionals
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
