- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and finance teams to align operational goals
- Implement and maintain quality control systems and compliance standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive operations management experience in tech or manufacturing
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process optimization
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost reduction
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
