Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Develop and execute process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams (15+ staff)
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance to align operational objectives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proven expertise in inventory control, distribution center operations, and WMS
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification
- Exceptional leadership abilities with track record of team development
- PHL airport/Port of Philadelphia logistics experience highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
