- Coordinate with C-suite on strategic planning and execution
- Mentor senior staff and foster high-performance team culture
- Ensure compliance with SOX and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management, ideally in SaaS/fintech
- Proven experience scaling operations for high-growth companies
- Expertise in process mapping and Lean Six Sigma certification
- Advanced data analysis skills with SQL and BI tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with team development track record
- BA/BS in Business, Operations, or related field
