Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ cross-functional teams across warehouse, transportation, and distribution channels
- Develop and implement KPI-driven operational strategies with 20%+ efficiency targets
- Manage $5M+ annual budget while maintaining 98%+ service level agreements
- Oversee compliance with OSHA, DOT, and ISO 9001 standards
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic planning and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 8+ years operations management experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record optimizing complex supply chains in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
