Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams of 10+ employees.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or overtime during peak seasons.
