Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ cross-functional employees.
- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction strategies.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with broader company strategy.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure product/service excellence.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports to executive leadership.
- Handle crisis management and resolve complex logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
