Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition

- Manage $2M+ marketing budget with rigorous financial oversight and reporting
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email automation, and social media
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and market positioning
- Mentor junior marketers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and scaling B2B marketing campaigns
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex budgets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Certified in Google Analytics and/or HubSpot Marketing Hub
